Gorgeous rays of sun peeking through your window, exotic birds and howler monkeys are calling you to wake up. Your morning jungle routine starts with hot tea or costa rican coffee followed by a juicy yoga & breath work practice.

You are already feeling fully alive, energized and aligned before breakfast! Now it’s time to fill your belly with deliciously nutritious carrot pancakes and fresh fruit surrounded by ocean views.

After the most nourishing organic plant based meal, locally grown on the property’s permaculture garden, you dive deep into adventure. You day trip to a hidden waterfall and swim in the sparkly spring fed jungle water. Your afternoon is spent relaxing by the pool under mango trees, sipping on healing elixirs and having heartfelt conversations with new friends that feel like old friends.

life is a constant flow of inhalation and exhalation…
expansion and contraction
taking in and letting go
giving and receiving
full and empty

and so on.

A process where each part is integral to the whole.
The two parts might be opposites of each other,
or seemingly contradictory of one another,
though one is no better than the other.

One sidedness is detrimental to our wellness, our peace.
Imagine what would happen if you only breathed in,
you might burst from the seams,
EXPLODE!

Disturbance in our peace happens when we only honor one side of the whole, when the importance of duality is denied.
We get all tangled up in right VS wrong.
Good VS bad.

Should I be doing this or should I be doing that?!

A whirlwind of a week in the Jungle of Costa Rica. Where we dove into our souls and Released Our Radiance!!🫶❤️‍🔥☀️

We knew it was going to fly by, but the presence we all committed to during our time together made moments feel like lifetimes. Waking up every morning to the 100’s of different bird sounds and our Howler Monkey alarm clock is something we are all missing.

Every single one of us took home practices, emotional and intellectual gems. We dove deep into what was blocking us from being our most radiant self. By the end of the week, every single one of us was glowing.

Our intention for all of our retreats is for you to bring practices home with you. Because your life is magical! It has so much beauty, all you need to do is give it your presence and NOTICE ☀️ the love that is already there. Sometimes you just need to be somewhere new to remember, shake it up and out.

It surrounds you always, love is unbound, unrelenting, ever- present.

During this hour event we wanna give you a lil taste of what Release Your Radiance is all about. We will start with a few wiggles so we can settle into stillness for a powerful meditation & breathwork session, then we will soak in a juicy sound bath to infuse your Being with radiant vibrations.

We are three girlies (Madison, Allison, & Jenna) who believe that every human has a special radiance just waiting to BURST from their Being! At our events we facilitate adventure, community, creative expression, movement, breath, meditation, & sound. We can’t wait for you to join us on an epic journey!!
