"This retreat was the best gift I have ever given myself. It was like combining a luxurious tropical vacation with summer camp and years of therapy - truly everything I could want or need from a travel experience. There's no way to pick a favorite part: yoga every day, the gorgeous eco-luxury accommodations, excursions to nearby beaches and waterfalls, the best vegan meals I've ever had, the sisterhood I found with an incredible group of women, and the sessions that allowed me to dive deep and explore my inner world. But the best part? The Girlies! These women together have an abundance of talents, gifts and wisdom that they shared freely over the course of our week together and made each and every person feel seen. safe, and loved. Their enthusiasm for life and genuine authenticity is contagious

- it gave me permission to be the most true version of myself.

"holy moly. i cannot. seriously this retreat exceeded all my expectations. everything was absolutely wonderful and i cannot express how beautifully executed everything was. from the excursions, to transportation, lodging, inner work, the incredible lil magazine, the song booklet, the bracelet making, the partner exercises, the movement, the leadership and safe container we were held within.... it was all just incredibly magical and so easy to drop in to do the work. i feel so seen, held and appreciated for what i was bringing to the experience. it wasn't always easy and sometimes i wasn't 'in the mood' for certain things or experienced inner discomfort, but it was ultimately what i NEEDED and what my soul craved. you women are SO DAMN POWERFUL it's mind blowing. i feel so grateful to be a part of something like this and look forward to many more retreats in the future. as someone who has attended all retreats that have been offered thus far, i HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is willing to go deep and explore the chaotic and messy parts within themselves with tenderness and grace. what a joyful and transformational experience this was. i feel refreshed and EXCITED to integrate all that was learned / remembered into my daily life. from self love practices, to breathing exercises, songs to lift my spirits and jewelry to remember my time in the jungle with incredible women - i feel more than equipped to tackle my daily life with joy and confidence to be my authentic self every day! i also enjoyed the fact that the schedule was so flexible and we were able to change things around and flow with whatever the day actually brought us. thank you ladies SO much for everything this retreat offered and for your love, heart, soul, time and energy you poured into making it what it was. it does not go unnoticed and i am truly blown away by your magic.
